Welcome dear servants to 2024 SUS Middle School Summer Convention !!

Please fill this form to attend this summer's Middle School Convention which will take place at St. Stephen Retreat Center from July 31st to August 2nd.  Registration for Servants is due by June 15th, 2024.

This year we will ensure that the ratio of servants to children is 1 to 4, so we will need to first confirm the number of servants attending before we can open the slots to the Middle School Youths.  Depending on the number of servants registered, we will open the corresponding number of slots for the children to register in a first come first served manner. 

In the form below you will be required to confirm that you have read and agree to the rules of the convention. If at anytime the rules are not followed, you will not be allowed to attend another convention in the diocese. 

Everyone is reponsible for their own transportation to/from the Retreat Center.

This year the fee will be $140 per person. The fee per person will cover food and accomodations for this convention.


REGISTRATION DEADLINE is June 15th, 2024 for Servants and July 20th, 2024 for attendees.
